Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the b9apk platform — including its website at b9apk.vip, its mobile application, its sportsbook, casino, slots, fishing games, or any other service offered under the b9apk brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the b9apk platform and must not create or attempt to create a b9apk account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Use of b9apk services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must remain satisfied throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b9apk operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling or sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of their participation.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing b9apk from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, company, or entity when registering or using your b9apk account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of b9apk or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

b9apk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible users will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access b9apk's paid services you must create a registered account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account at b9apk. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9apk login credentials.
• You must not share your b9apk account credentials with any third party.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your b9apk account whether or not authorized by you.
• b9apk must be notified immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits & Payments

b9apk supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times, and applicable conditions are displayed in the Cashier section of your b9apk account and may be updated from time to time.

You confirm that any funds deposited to your b9apk account are legally yours and have been obtained through lawful means. b9apk does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits made from accounts or wallets not registered in your name may be reversed.

• Deposits are credited to your b9apk PKR balance after successful payment confirmation.
• b9apk is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor.
• Deposits may not be cancelled once initiated. Contact b9apk support if a deposit does not appear in your account within the published processing window.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. b9apk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, b9apk may require identity verification documents including a valid national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to any applicable wagering requirements tied to active bonuses.
• b9apk reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification procedures on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. b9apk targets processing within the timeframes published in the Cashier section but does not guarantee these timelines in cases requiring additional verification.
• b9apk will not be liable for losses arising from delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Placing bets and playing casino or arcade games on b9apk is subject to specific product rules applicable to each game type. By placing a bet or wager on b9apk, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed on b9apk's sportsbook are settled in accordance with b9apk's Official Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately in the sportsbook section.
• b9apk reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where real-time data indicates the bet was placed after the relevant market should have been suspended.
• Casino game outcomes on b9apk are generated by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures. Results are final once confirmed.
• b9apk reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings in cases where a technical malfunction, human error, or fraudulent activity is suspected, pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

Bonuses & Promotions

b9apk may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates.

• Bonuses are credited at b9apk's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including the exploitation of promotions through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any other manipulative strategy — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.
• b9apk's general promotional terms apply to all active bonuses in the absence of promotion-specific rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the b9apk platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance and winnings:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the b9apk platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Pakistani or international law.
• Attempting to circumvent b9apk's security systems, software protections, or fair play mechanisms.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with b9apk's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using b9apk accounts to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Accessing b9apk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, via VPN or any other method of IP masking.
• Harassment of b9apk staff or other users via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b9apk platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive property of b9apk or its licensed content providers. No part of b9apk's content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from b9apk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9apk platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any b9apk content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9apk shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the b9apk platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, data, or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events.

• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Request from the account holder for self-exclusion.
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any funds remaining in your b9apk balance that are not subject to withholding under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures.

You may request closure of your b9apk account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules.

Amendments to These Terms

b9apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
